TERMS OF WARRANTY

F.H.U.P. "MAR-GO" Gonera Maria company provides a warranty for product elements (factory assembled), components and entire structures of each new product against material and technological defects, under the following conditions:

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

This warranty covers only new products purchased from an authorized dealer F.H.U.P. "MAR-GO" Gonera Maria, assembled according to the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

As part of the warranty, a free repair is performed, and if repair is not possible - the replacement of individual defective parts with ones free from defects, of the same or greater value. It is entirely up to the decision to use the type of part F.H.U.P. "MAR-GO" Gonera Maria. The entire product with accessories is not exchangeable or returnable. The warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Company F.H.U.P. "MAR-GO" Gonera Maria provides a warranty for the following elements of the gaming desk during the period of validity specified below:

2-year warranty:

  • on the metal frame of the desk.

1-year warranty:

  • for the desk top and its veneer, and all other parts such as earphone holders or cup holders.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear of elements such as table top veneer, headphone holder, cup holder, if there are no material or technological defects - these must be reported immediately after their detection;
  • modification of the product in relation to the original design;
  • damage resulting from non-compliance with the operating instructions;
  • damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, including climatic conditions, or from using the product in such conditions;
  • damage to threaded connections.
  • mechanical damage such as cuts, punctures; abrasions.
  • Maintenance

Maintenance rules:

  • desks should not be placed close to a radiator or other heat sources.
  • the desk top should be cleaned regularly with a damp cloth

Company F.H.U.P. "MAR-GO" Gonera Maria provides a warranty for gaming accessories during the following period of validity:

2-year warranty:

  • for pads and gaming mats.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear of components, when there are no material or technological defects - these must be reported immediately after their detection;
  • modification of the product in relation to the original design;
  • damage resulting from non-compliance with the operating instructions;
  • damage resulting from exposure to extreme conditions, including climatic conditions, or from using the product in such conditions;
  • mechanical damage such as cuts, punctures;

Maintenance

Maintenance rules:

  • gaming pads and mats should not be placed close to a radiator or other heat sources.
  • Gaming accessories should be regularly wiped with a damp cloth  

LOSS OF WARRANTY

 Warranty entitlements will expire in the following cases:

  • expiry of the warranty period
  • making repairs and / or modifications outside the services of authorized dealers of the company F.H.U.P. "MAR-GO" Gonera Maria
  • non-compliance with the recommendations for proper operation and maintenance
  • using a defective or damaged product, which may lead to further damage, as well as injury to the user.

 OTHER PROVISIONS

Except as provided in this warranty, the company F.H.U.P. "MAR-GO" Gonera Maria, its employees and authorized dealers shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including incidental or consequential losses and damages, or caused by the user's negligence or negligence). Any claims arising from this warranty should be made to an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase is required to process a warranty claim.

Claims made outside the country of purchase may be subject to fees and other restrictions. The warranty period and detailed provisions may differ depending on the country. This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer's rights under the provisions on the warranty for defects in the sold item.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE 

 Warranty claims should be sent by e-mail to the following address: shop@gamesharkzone.com

The notification message should contain the following elements:

- information about the product the problem concerns (model indication)

- a detailed description of the subject of the report, i.e. information on the reported defect, the circumstances of its occurrence and observation. It's a good idea to include photos or videos of the product with your description if it can help identify the problem;

- information that will allow us to find the right order, i.e. information about the place and time of purchasing the product, personal data for which the order was placed or the order number.
