Returns and complaints


In accordance with applicable regulations, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods, you have the right to return them without giving any reasons as part of withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with the general rules resulting from the provisions on concluding distance contracts. This applies only to consumer sales, so it only applies to sales to a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes not related to professional or business activity. The returned product cannot bear traces of use - each element must be complete and factory-packed, the goods delivered in the original packaging unchanged. If this condition is not met, the product will not be accepted.


If you want to return a product:

  1. Send back the purchased product in undamaged condition and in its original packaging with all its contents.
  2. We do not accept parcels sent COD, e-shipment or parcel machines.
  3. The method of packing and transporting the returned goods should correspond to the properties of the goods. The product should be properly packed and secured.
  4. Failure to comply with the above recommendations will be the basis for not considering the return of the goods.
  5. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
  6. Attach to the shipment return form in which you wish to return the product, as well as the account number to which the refund will be sent.
  7. Within the statutory period after receiving your parcel, we will check the condition of the delivered product (whether it has any signs of use, whether it has been damaged or destroyed, whether it is in the original packaging with all its contents).
  8. If we do not find any contraindications, a refund will be issued to the account number within 14 days . In the case of payment by a payment card, the refund will be made to the card.



If the product you purchased in the GameShark store turns out to have manufacturing defects or is not as described, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send us the product you want to advertise by joining it a written statement in which describe the detailed reasons for the complaint of the product , the form of compensation, as well as the return address and account number to which the refund will be made (depending on the decision made by the store).
  2. Within 14 days of receiving the package, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone about the result of the complaint procedure.
  3. If the complaint is considered positively, within within 14 working days from the date of making the decision, we will compensate the costs incurred by you by: repairing the advertised product, sending a new copy of the product or a refund.
  4. If the complaint is found to be unjustified, we will provide you with a detailed justification of the decision made and within within 14 working days we will send back the advertised product at our expense. In the case of payment by a payment card, the refund will be made to the card.

If your return of the product is rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), we will send you a notification to the e-mail address provided that the return of the product has not been accepted. Within 7 working days, we will send the product back to the indicated return address, covering the shipping cost.
