1. Orders 


  • What is the delivery time?

In the case of orders paid by 1 p.m. (or cash on delivery), the shipment in the Courier shipment 24h option is carried out on the same day (applies to working days). Orders placed or paid for after 1 p.m. are shipped the next business day. We try to fulfill each order as quickly as possible.

In the case of goods in the pre-sale offer, the shipping date is each time specified on the product card.

  • I am interested in the product. How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed through ourwebsite. All you need to do is add the selected products to the basket, and then complete the shipping details step by step, choose the form of payment and confirm the order.   • What are the possible payment methods for the product?

We offer the option of paying by courier (cash on delivery), fast online payments, traditional bank transfer or Blik. You can also pay in cash when picking up in person. 

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

In this case, please contact us immediately by phone for verification - if a transport list has been sent, unfortunately it is no longer possible to change the order details.

  • Where can I check the status of my order?

Changes to the order status are sent automatically to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. If you have any doubts about the status of your order, you can contact us by e-mail or telephone.

  • I got an error while paying for my order or accidentally closed my browser window. How can I pay for my order now? 

If the payment was made by Blue Media S.A. an error during payment will be equal to an error in the ordering process. Therefore, in order to order a given product, the entire process must be repeated. Otherwise, please pay by ordinary bank transfer to the following account:

in the title of the transfer, please enter the order number.


2. Products


  • How long is the warranty for GameShark products?

All products purchased in our online store are covered by a 2-year warranty. Detailed warranty conditions are available in the Warranty tab on our website

  • Is it possible to replace the ordered desk with a different model?

In this case, please contact us by e-mail at along with the information on which model the product is to be replaced. The reply will include the amount of the surcharge or a request to provide an invoice for the reimbursement of the overpayment. If the product was ordered by a company, please provide the company data so that we can send a corrective invoice, which must be signed and sent as an attachment to the e-mail address. 

  • I don't know which desk to choose. How do I make a decision? 

For each product on the website, we try to provide as much information as possible to help you make a decision. We encourage you to compare the models with each other and choose the most suitable product. If you have additional questions or doubts, please contact us - we will be happy to advise you and dispel doubts. 

  • Will the ordered product come to me assembled or do i have to assemble it personally? 

Due to their size, our products are shipped in specially packed parts for safety and require self-assembly. However, it is a simple process and clear assembly instructions are included with each package.


3. Shipping and pickup in person 


  • Where are the company's headquarters and warehouse located?

Our head office is located in Częstochowa (42-202) at 33 Axentowicza Street. Our dispatch warehouse is located in Częstochowa (42-202) at 33 Axentowicza Street, from where all orders are shipped.

  •  Is it possible to collect a personal order?

Yes, it is possible to collect in person from our warehouse in Częstochowa (42-202) at ul. Axentowicza 33 with the option of receiving a receipt and paying for the order on the spot. Payment on site is possible in cash and by credit card. The point is open on working days from 10:00 to 16:00.

  •  What is the cost of shipping my order?

Depending on the chosen delivery option:

- Courier shipment - 15 PLN,

- Courier delivery for cash on delivery - 20 PLN,

Due to the large size of many of our products, orders are often sent in several packages. However, the shipping fee charged when ordering applies to the entire order - regardless of the number of packages. 

  • Is it possible to order the product to a parcel locker or pickup point? 

Due to the size, not all of our products will fit into the shelves of parcel machines. It is possible to ship by a parcel machine for selected, smaller products. If the products added to the cart fit in the parcel locker, this shipping option will be displayed as one of the items to choose from. 


4. Returns and complaints


  • I would like to make a complaint, how should I do it? 

In such a situation, please contact us at the following e-mail address: with the attached proof of purchase, description of the situation and a completed complaint form. The complaint form is available on our website

  • What is the return procedure?

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, please send the products back to the following address:

Along with the completed return form. On the basis of the return form, a refund will be requested within 14 days.

  • How should the product be returned in the event of a return or complaint?

  • Can I receive the installation and operating manual in an electronic version? 

No problem - each assembly instruction is on the product page, marked and located at the bottom of the page.

  • Where can I check the dimensions of the product that interests me?

The dimensions of each product are shown in the pictures at the bottom of the description on our website. 


5. Invoices and receipts


  •  Do you issue VAT invoices? 

Of course, it is enough to select the appropriate option when ordering. 

  • Is it possible to obtain a pro-forma invoice?

Of course, in such a situation, please send the order by e-mail with information about the ordered model to the address:, in the message, please provide the number of pieces as well as shipping and invoice data. On this basis, a pro-forma invoice is issued.

  • Is it possible to receive an invoice when I have already received the package?

It is possible to receive an invoice by e-mail in accordance with the data provided when ordering. It is not possible to change the buyer's data (on the invoice) in the event of receipt of the shipment. If the tax identification number was not entered on the receipt at the time of ordering, it is not possible to add it later.

  • Is it possible to receive a receipt when I have already received the package?

It is possible to receive a receipt to the e-mail address, in accordance with the data provided when ordering.

  • I ordered two products but I only received a receipt / invoice for one, what happens with the other product and document?

Due to their overall dimensions, products are often shipped in separate shipments. The proof of purchase for each of them is generated only when the product is shipped from our warehouse.
